Re: So, what business books are you reading right now?

I just started reading the Gary Halbert letters. It’s not a book, but it’s still good reading.

Re: Is gender based selling still a thing?

Do you sell the same product or service differently, based on the gender of the buyer? And if you do… In what ways is it different? I like to think both genders are equal but I know there are differences. And like you taught me before, if we try to appeal to everyone we end up appealing to no one. ...

Re: What is a landing page?

Yeah, I really liked the idea of @SARubin. Still, A landing page in my knowledge is a page where your leads or the people [YOU want to visit your site] came to visit. It may be a page like: yoursite.com/landing-page yoursite.com yoursite.com/blog/anypost or even that whole blog page sometimes e-mail...

Re: Classified ad – looking for a copywriter

Or, am I the insane one for thinking a quality copywriter who gets results, might be worth more than $60? It depends on where you live. In some third world countries $60 could be a weeks wages, or a months rent. Where in most mature economies it’s only an hour or two wages, and only buys a weeks wo...

Re: Classified ad – looking for a copywriter

Due to the rise of low end freelance sites like freelancer.com and fivver.com, among others, too many people see writing as a commodity and they believe that $5 or $10 is an average cost for a writer. Many of those bargain shoppers are the same people who complain about there not being any good qual...

Re: Email copy from Netflix

The target audience is always the most important factor (even more than the words themselves) An average message to the right market, at the right time, will always outperform a brilliant message to an audience with no interest in what we’re selling. This is so true. New copywriters are always look...

Re: Basic Fundamentals For Quality Content Writing

I saw another forum where someone asked what’s the best article spinner available. My thinking is that they shouldn’t even be using an article spinner to begin with. I have used article spinners in the past and I always ended up spending more time editing the finished article then if I just wrote th...

Re: What are the best books to learn copywriting?

But the #1 thing I’d recommend is to learn a little, then put it into action so you can see for yourself how it works. Because the lessons you learn from actually doing, will teach you more than a dozen books ever will. This is the best advice. Putting your writing into the public will be your grea...

Re: How to create email subject line to get high open rates

Most important Jasper buddy – Make your email valuable every time. When people are used to getting good stuff from you they will open your email because it came from YOU. Even if your subject line is not great your sender name will get them to open it.
