If you want more people to click on the link, I recommend NOT giving away the 5 steps in the email.

Instead of giving them the "secret", try leaving the mystery open so they need to take a small action (click on the link) if they want to know the secret.

Something like...

With these five keys almost any business can succeed (it's almost impossible to fail)
But without these keys it's almost impossible for a business to succeed!
