How to Measure Copywriting Success?

Hello everyone 
My name is Erik, and I'm currently interning at a marketing agency to hone my copywriting skills. As part of my efforts to refine my craft, I've started writing for various blogs, initially on a pro bono basis, with the possibility of transitioning to paid work later on.
