guidance on selecting and optimizing subject line

Post by Liam720 »

Hey i am looking for a subject line for the following two cold emails (for both the same). I already have a few approaches here and would like to test 2-4 but which ones or are there better ones?

Idea 1: Something for you (first name)
Idea 2: Enjoyed your video on [Topic]
Idea 3: Hey [name] thought you might like this
Idea 4: Hey [Name], are you interested in turning your social media into a strong income?

Emails:
Hi [Name],
I'm [Your Name] from [Company Name]. We help creators like you build and market profitable paid communities—exclusive spaces where members gain access to premium content, participate in meaningful discussions, and connect with other like-minded individuals.
I’ve been following your work in [niche] and see a great opportunity for you to build a community that adds both value to your audience and income for you.
We’ve successfully helped other creators in similar niches, and I’d love to send you a free, personalized concept for your own community based on what we’ve seen work.
If that sounds interesting, just let me know and I’ll send over more details.
You can also check our website here: [website URL].
Best regards,
[Your Name]

I would test them all because you never know which one will work best until you try it (marketing is all about testing and measuring results)

The only subject line I don't really like for a cold email is number 4.
The first three come across as personal messages and I'd probably open them with positive anticipation, but a cold email that starts out talking about making money with social media automatically puts up my defenses because it triggers my spam alert.
I might still open it but it would be with skepticism, and that means an uphill battle for your message.

But that's just me, other people might respond to it less cynically so it still might be worth a try.

Best of luck to you.

All the best,
Steven

Vai depender dos últimos e-mail enviados e da visão que essas pessoas já tem de você e da empresa.

English Translation: It will depend on the last emails sent and the view these people already have of you and the company.
