I think it looks OK for a first try but it's a bit generic.
Try to give us a reason to buy from you, instead of someone else.
Even something like "With our custom suit and tie" can make people wonder what makes yours different from every other suit and tie.
And that alone might get people to click the ad, if for no other reason than to find out what makes yours different, or better. (curiosity gets clicks)
Keep trying and you'll get there.
