I think it looks OK for a first try but it's a bit generic.
Can you give us a reason to buy from you, instead of someone else?
Even a couple of words can make a difference. Something like "Our custom suit and tie" might make people wonder what makes yours different from every other suit and tie. And that alone might get people to click the ad. (curiosity gets clicks)
Keep trying and you'll get there.
